My name is Mike, and I write. I’m a writer, I guess. I’m a lot of other things too, but not as soul-crushingly. I’ve been published a few times, but I’ve never written (or really even attempted) a novel. I don’t know what I’m doing, and I don’t pretend to, but I’m doing it.

I’m also keeping up with this blog, mostly because I think the threat of failing myself on a permanent public forum will keep me going. Or it’ll drag me screaming into a black hole of self-hatred.
